Responsibilities: Leading the Employee Involvement process. Conduct thorough assessments of processes and practices against established standards and criteria. Analyze and interpret data derived from assessments and other relevant sources. Provide actionable feedback based on assessment results to enhance operational efficiencies. Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop effective strategies, plans, and metrics aligned with company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate organizational levels to drive sustainable improvements. Work independently under general direction while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate and empower employees on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of using Lean methods / Lean Tools. Experience with project management and self- managing projects. Ability to work a variable shift as needed for business. Strong customer service skills, communication and problem-solving skills. 2+ years of experience in operations analysis. 2+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment. 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
