We are currently working with an esteemed law firm to identify a talented Associate Attorney to join their Litigation and Trial practice group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to collaborate with highly skilled litigators and work on a diverse range of complex cases. The firm is renowned for delivering exceptional results both in and out of court and represents clients across various sectors, including international enterprises, institutional investors, startups, and individuals.

About the Role

The Associate Attorney will contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced legal team, engaging in all phases of civil litigation. The firm handles a wide variety of cases, including (but not limited to) contract disputes, business disputes, class actions, securities litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and professional malpractice. The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging environment, values professional growth, and enjoys being entrusted with significant responsibility in high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of civil litigation, from the pleading stage through trial and appellate work.

• Conduct discovery, including drafting discovery requests, managing large document productions, and preparing for/taking depositions.

• Perform extensive factual and legal research related to complex litigation matters.

• Draft and argue motions, as well as engage in written and oral advocacy.

• Contribute to pretrial preparations and actively participate in trial proceedings.

• Navigate e-discovery tools to review and analyze electronic documents.

2-5 YOE in Commercial or Civil Litigation

Experience taking/defending depositions

Strong writer and academics

Juris Doctor
