Responsibilities: Support commercial off-the-shelf software and cloud systems, including ad- ministration, configuration, customization, and upgrades Work directly with internal customers to understand business problems and decompose into solutions within the systems you manage Work directly with vendors to evaluate systems for feasibility and technical fit against business requirements Write code to automate business processes and build integrations between systems Represent the team/organization in steering committees with stakeholders from across the company. Gather user feedback/bug reports. Create/manage support tickets with vendors. Investigate/troubleshooting performance issues and application behavior Plan and perform upgrades of systems. Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
