Role Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Outreach Partner is a subject matter expert in cultivating top notch candidates before they are eligible for a position at Alaska Airlines and/or Horizon Air. This role will maintain the relationship with the candidate as they work toward meeting full-time job qualifications. As an individual contributor this role will be responsible for managing pipelines and pathways programs to attract top talent, including supporting outreach events and opportunities to represent Alaska Airlines to the greater community.
Key Duties
With minimal direction from leadership, manage select pipelines and pathways programs for AAG, including but not limited to: college & high-school internship programs, AAG scholarship programs, and technical pathways.
In partnership with Talent Acquisition, improve strategies, processes and programs related to pipelines and pathways.
Communicate frequently with hiring leaders to effectively influence and make recommendations regarding talent pipeline plan and hiring strategies.
Research and identify candidate sourcing opportunities and conduct deep sourcing through various channels (Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to find diverse and high-quality talent.
Manage projects to support outreach to community and diversity organizations to hire diverse talent.
Represent the brand and experience standards for candidates, partner organizations and hiring managers.
Manage the execution of day-to-day functioning of Internship, Pipeline and Pathways programs
Own program analytics and track program metrics.
Network with candidates and program participants to establish strong connections to AAG
Represent Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air when attending career/University events to source talent into hiring pipelines
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
4 years of experience in recruiting or related area.
Bachelor’s degree, or an additional 2 years of training/experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening/scheduling automation software.
Excellent candidate and hiring manager service skills.
Strong people and relational skills, with the ability to partner with professionals at all levels of the company and to collaborate and work productively in cross-divisional teams.
Travel will be required (approximately 50% of time).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
Experience in sourcing utilizing search and Boolean through tools such as google, LinkedIn and talent communities.
Experience using metrics and reports to manage/monitor workload to achieve hiring plan.
Consultative, with the ability to effectively influence managers throughout the hiring process.
Pilot recruiting, Event recruiting and/or high-volume recruiting experience.
Sourcing, outreach and diversity recruiting.

Salary Range
$95,000 -- $142,600 / year
Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity)
$102,125 - $153,295
Salary Details
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
