Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: Operate various farm equipment for harvesting of crops. Grain handling, hauling farm commodities. Service machinery and equipment, i.e. change fluids in equipment, rotate tires, clean grain bins, wash vehicles, change brakes, check tire pressure, general maintenance, etc. May involve climbing ladders, grain bins etc. Ground maintenance on farm and/or housing, i.e. weed eating, mowing. Crops: wheat, corn, milo, sunflowers 60 minute meal break offered. Employer may offer cell phone.

Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals and will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

The employer shall provide transportation between the place where the employer has provided housing to the work site & return at the end of the workday. Such transportation will be without cost to the worker, and the means of transportation shall meet all applicable safety standards. Employer will provide one or more vehicles to adequately transport the number of workers requested. Available vehicles may consist of pickups (capacity of 2 - 6), cars (capacity 2 - 5), SUVs (capacity of 5 - 7), or vans (capacity of 10+). Due to the nature of farming, the availability/types of vehicles may change frequently.
