The location of Schiphol-Rijk is responsible for the storage, sorting, and distribution of medical devices and contact lenses to the EMEA region. The characteristic of our location is the multicultural and informal environment where new colleagues will feel directly at home.

Who you are:

You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, an international outlook and a versatile profile. Your experience spans data extraction and cleaning, as well as translating data into practical business cases and improvement initiatives. With strong analytical skills, you understand business requirements and effectively communicate findings to decision-makers. You leverage data to identify measures for improving customer experience, increasing operational productivity and reducing transportation costs. Your role also includes data handling, modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business and project goals, identify business problems and collect relevant data.

  • Query data from multiple sources/systems to build a high-quality data model.

  • Cleanse data to ensure it is usable for analysis.

  • Examine data using programming languages and BI tools.

  • Interpret data to uncover hidden business insights and create value.

  • Create reports and dashboards using visualization tools to guide the leadership team in making timely decisions.

  • Collaborate with other teams, including management, IT and SMEs, to ensure proper implementation of business requirements and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

  • 3-5 years of data Analysis work experience.

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting, with experience in databases and data analysis tools. Must be skilled in SQL, Python and/or R., Power BI, Power Automate

  • Strong understanding of statistics including probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis and various classification and clustering techniques. Knowledge/experience of machine learning algorithms is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to stakeholders.

  • Superior planning, organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.

  • Stay informed about technology trend for Data and Analytics

  • Understanding MDM

  • Optimization

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering , Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, , Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

  • 3-5 years of data analyst work experience.

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting, with experience in databases and data analysis tools. Must be skilled in SQL, Python and/or R. ,Power BI. Knowledge of Power Automate and Power App is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of statistics including probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis and various classification and clustering techniques. Knowledge/experience of machine learning algorithms is a plus.
