Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project. Define project tasks and resource requirements.

  • Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team & quality assurance.

  • Plan and schedule project timelines.

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

  • Schedule and facilitate key project meetings – conduct team status meetings and team status schedule.

  • Route materials to approving departments.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degreeor equivalent experiencerequired; Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing/Communications or equivalent experience preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in applicable field

  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment

  • Ability to work effectively with management

  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Duty

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements

  • Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team & quality assurance

  • Plan and schedule project timelines

  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Schedule and facilitate key project meetings – conduct team status meetings and team status schedule.

  • Enforce the use of company data programs

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Marketing/Communications

  • 1-3 years of experience
