Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. The primary role of this position is to provide level 2 technical support, troubleshooting software, hardware and mobile device problems. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite level 2 technical support to clients

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and mobile device issues

• Document client issues in a ticket management system for future reference and analysis

• Interact with clients and co-workers to diagnose and resolve technical problems

• Support features, functionality, and usage of specific business applications

• Keep up to date with and adhere to established policies, procedures, documentation and technologies

• Build positive relationships with clients and promote our products and services

• Document conversations with vendors, current and potential clients in writing

• Provide onsite IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) desktop support by following documented procedures for desktop imaging

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Deskside Support, Cisco VPN, Customer Service, and Microsoft Office Suites Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar.

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies.

• Experience with EO/IR systems.

• Familiarity with Mac Computers and Microsoft systems.

• Knowledge of Active Directory.

• Skills in Computer Hardware and Configuration Management.

• Experience with Deployments and Deskside Support.

• Knowledge of Cisco VPN.

• Excellent Customer Service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
