Manager, Staffing & Contingent Workforce / Technology Finance / Global Finance
Leads and oversees Staffing & Contingent Workforce activities within the Centre of Excellence team in Technology Finance ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Prepares the reporting and analysis of all aspects of Technology staffing for Executive Office and Technology leadership.
Manages Technology’s contractor funding pools that reside in the operating budget, including the preparation of commitment analysis and the processing of funding revisions to align to updated forecasts.
Oversees the tracking, reporting, and analysis of Technology staffing movements, as well as the management and tracking of approved headcount levels.
Acts as Finance relationship contact for staffing; providing financial guidance to partners in Finance and Technology, identifying and communicating financial-related issues (e.g. actual/committed vs. budget/forecast), and obtaining inputs for bottom-up forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
Maintains close coordination with Human Resources with regard to staffing information, queries and other related matters
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience within a large organization
Undergraduate degree in relevant field with either professional designation (e.g. CPA, CFA) or graduate degree (e.g. MBA)
Strong technical skills in MS Excel (MS Excel VBA would be an asset)
Knowledge of financial and management reporting principles as applied to banking issues, and an understanding of the business planning process, dealing with accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls
