Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Alarm Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong technical skills , excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test security systems, including alarms, cameras, and automation devices.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system functionalities.

• Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement for security equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installing and maintaining security systems.

• Strong understanding of electrical wiring, cabling, and networking principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
