Reporting to the Global VP the Commercial VESL is responsible for serving as Latin America’s expert on the Veralto Enterprise System (VES). The Commercial VESL leverages VES culture and tools to operationalize Videojet’s Commercial Playbooks and drive high-impact Lead-to-Cash improvements. The Commercial VESL is a “chief-of-staff” for their Regional Commercial Leader and helps guide their teams in strategizing and executing critical initiatives.
The role is hybrid with an expectation to be in-office (São Paulo, BR).
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Drive process improvement and growth by leveraging VES tools, including Fundamentals (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Transactional Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work) and Growth-focused methods (Funnel Management, Value Selling, and Growth Room).
Work cross-functionally to identify and eliminate waste in Commercial processes (including SFDC, Oracle enhancements and adoption)
The essential requirements of the job include:
BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred,
Strong understanding of foundational Sales tools,
Experience in administering training and/or facilitation preferred
Travel Requirement: up to 50%
Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
