Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the city of Santa Monica, California. The selected candidate will be performing essential financial tasks such as account reconciliation, cash applications, and commercial collections.

Responsibilities:

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate.

• Resolve any inquiries or issues related to customer accounts.

• Perform cash applications and cash collections as part of account management.

• Carry out account reconciliation to ensure all financial data is accurate.

• Assist with billing processes and procedures.

• Handle commercial collections, ensuring all debts are paid in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors Degree with 2+ years of experience or without a degree a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing processes and procedures

• Skilled in Cash Applications

• Proven experience in Collections
