Ford EVDD is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities – such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling – to create ground-up, breakthrough electric vehicles. By joining the best software, engineering, design and UX talent, you will be a part of creating new technologies and concepts that can be applied across the Ford enterprise. • Develop and execute comprehensive component level EMC test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC, High Voltage BMS and Charge Controllers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on EMC validation and failure analysis.

• Support vehicle homologation test planning and execution.

• Analyze component and vehicle EMC data and suggest.

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.

• 5-10 years as an EMC Test Engineer or Compliance Test Engineer.

• Familiarity with automotive standards such as UNECE Reg 10.06, ISO 16750-2, FMC1278 and FMC1280.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot EMC failures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
