About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our client in a hybrid role. This position offers the opportunity to handle diverse aspects of family law while engaging in case management, trial preparation, and legal administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their skills and gain valuable experience within a boutique, work-life balance-oriented firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and related disputes.

• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities, including deadlines, filings, client communications, and strategy building.

• Prepare for and participate in trials, including drafting necessary documents, presenting evidence, and advocating effectively in court.

• Take on legal secretary tasks, such as calendaring, e-filing, and document preparation, as part of the hybrid structure.

• Collaborate with the legal team to develop customized solutions suitable for each client’s circumstances and needs.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience and familiarity with family law (required).

• Confidence in managing cases independently and leveraging strong organizational skills.

• Experienced in trial preparation and comfortable participating in trials when needed.

• Willingness to handle hybrid legal and administrative tasks as part of the role.

• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while balancing individual responsibilities.
