Key responsibilities

• Manage workload of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) along with reviews with engineering

• Help with training staff for ECAD, MCAD, and Librarian positions within the CAD group

• Review electrical and mechanical requirements and check with respect to design rules and design for compliance according to PDS BW design standards

• Main CAD representative to all applicable Program and/or Engineering meetings

• Facilitate final design reviews prior to documentation release and participate review CAD checklists

• Monitor design releases into documentation system for accuracy

• Local representative for CAD global steering teams

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field minimum (Required)

• Experience with leading a team or managing a group of CAD designers (Preferred)

• Mentor Graphics Xpedition experience or related ECAD tool (Preferred)

• Siemens Nx experience or related MCAD tool (Preferred)

• Teamcenter Experience (Strongly Preferred)

• 5 years + experience designing PCB layouts or 3D modelling (Preferred)
