PR: $60-75/hr

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Senior level experience in construction project management for industrial facilities, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and/or fire protection projects Mechanical systems-focused background, within the MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) industry

Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.

Experience with project tracking software (i.e. MS Project)

Experience with modifications, renovations and upgrades vs. new construction projects null
