Work Youll Do

Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions for information technology projects. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements in connection to information technology projects and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Coordinating and delivering components of engagements, evaluating clients business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BOBJ), SAP S/4HANA, Accelerated SAP (ASAP) Methodology, HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP ALM), SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Tableau, and MS Project;

Working across phases of the SAP S/4HANA Green Field and Brown Field Implementation Approach including Blueprint Workshops, Design, Development and Testing for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Enterprise Edition, SAP S/4 HANA, and HP ALM;

Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, downstream applications, and upstream applications in the clients landscape;

Participating in large-scale SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Advanced Analytics implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;

Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, Micro Focus ALM Octane, Jira, and MS Excel;

Coordinating project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Jira, Micro Focus ALM Octane, and HP ALM Quality Center (QC); and

Performing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Enterprise Edition, and SAP BOBJ production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM (QC), Tableau, and SAP Solution Manager (Sol an).

Annual Salary: $179,171.00 - $218,625.00.
