Responsibilities:

• Lead tax advisory, preparation, planning, and review for high-profile clients.

• Provide advanced tax planning and compliance services.

• Collaborate across teams for integrated wealth planning.

• Advise on various tax matters and leverage technology to enhance tax operations.

• Maintain client relationships, drive business development, and stay current on tax trends.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• CPA certification.

• Solid tax experience, especially with federal/state partnership tax returns.

• Comprehensive understanding of family wealth planning and equity compensation models.

• Excellent research skills and capacity to apply tax regulations.

• Proficiency in complex Schedules K-1, foreign reporting, and multi-state filings.

• Outstanding communication skills, able to work dynamically and protect client confidentiality.

• IT competency, particularly with tax software and Microsoft Office. Salesforce is a plus.
