About the Role

Architect & design highly scalable and high performing technology solutions in an Agile work environment by developing creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions using Agile practices. Collaborate closely with business support teams, product managers, security, and architecture to promote new concepts, principles, and methodologies resolving critical production issues to help simplify and improve business processes through the latest in technology and automation. Technical expert and will lead through the requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support phases of a product. Develop and enhance software to solve design success and address future technologies by keeping customer experience at the forefront. Lead and model a DevOps mindset by applying automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery in everything we do. Foster innovation by applying best practices and learnings from emerging technologies influencing technical direction of the product and organization. Provide technical, functional leadership and guidance to senior levels and lead resource and estimate capacity planning. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.

Salary Range: $215, 197- $220,197

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership using Jira, Teams, and GitHub;

• Team Management using Jira;

• Technical Problem Solving using Splunk, Grafana, and Kibana;

• Code Review and Quality Assurance using GitHub and IntelliJ;

• Technical Skills: Java, Unix, Spring Framework, Microservices API, Hibernate, SQL and NoSQL databases, Redis, Maven, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Docker, Jenkins, and Kafka; and

• Experience working with Cloud technologies.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, or related field and six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in retail, e-com & technology services-related role or in the job offered or related role.
