Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Omnistudio and other relevant tools.

• Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance user engagement and experience.

• Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility rules to manage data access and security.

• Utilize Salesforce DevOPS practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Manage SFDC Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.

• Develop SFDC Lightning components to improve the user interface and functionality.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

• Configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in Omnistudio SFDC Identity and Security SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud SFDC Sharing and Visibility Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.

• Nice to have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.

• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Must have the ability to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.

• Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/23/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000- 200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
