Meta Compensation Business Partner, Infrastructure in San Francisco, California
Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Compensation Business Partner to work with the North America Compensation team to design and build strategic, innovative, competitive, data driven compensation offerings to enable Meta’s Infrastructure organization. You will be a critical contributor to this strategic priority at both hands-on and strategic levels to create business impact across the organization.

Compensation Business Partner, Infrastructure Responsibilities:
Partner with Business leaders and HR Business Partners across pillars on holistic Infrastructure compensation strategy and decisions.
Support other Tech compensation areas and projects based on business needs and Tech compensation priorities.
Lead with internal & market insights to drive compensation solutions with clients while providing project leadership, a bias towards action, and a strategic focus on driving key outcomes.
Drive and own key compensation initiatives across the technology compensation pillars.
Partner with the Comp Program & Operations team and other cross functional partners to execute and drive consistency across compensation planning, program administration, performance summary cycles and comp program automation projects.
Lead with a global mindset- designing and implementing compensation solutions at global scale with international compensation partners
Lead the annual market review process for client groups, providing insights on market trends and conducting analysis to ensure ongoing market competitiveness for our roles.
Partner with clients and comp team on job architecture initiatives for new and existing roles within client groups.
Work closely with our offers team and recruiting partners to hire top talent.
Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in Economics, Business Administration or similar field
6+ years of experience in compensation analyst/consultant role
Cross-functional Partnership, influencing, and communication skills
Experience working with HR business partners and leaders
Experience with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems
Experience in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple key priorities simultaneously

Public Compensation:
$147,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
