Reputable boutique law firm is seeking a real estate attorney to join their team in San Francisco, California. This role is centered around real estate law, specifically dealing with purchase and sale transactions. Leasing experience is preferred as well. This firm offers LOW BILLABLES (1600 hours/week), excellent benefits, interesting work, and a congenial work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Handle real estate transactions, specifically purchase and sale agreements

• Contribute to our robust leasing practice

• Provide legal advice on commercial real estate matters

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial leasing agreements

• Handle legal aspects of real estate - leasing matters

• Ensure compliance with real estate law and industry regulations

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and agreements

• Resolve any legal issues that may arise in real estate transactions

• Provide guidance on legal issues in real estate - leasing.

• Participate in commercial real estate negotiations.

Requirements • Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• Proven experience in the field of commercial real estate law

• Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate purchase agreements

• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to commercial leasing

• Practical experience in the field of real estate - leasing

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills

• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
