Description

As our client continues to grow, we are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role plays a crucial part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.

  • Coordinate with building maintenance and vendors as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to other departments as requested.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is advantageous.
