Description

As our client continues to grow and expand their reach, we are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to their leadership team. We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic nonprofit environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, coordination of administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, committee meetings, and other special events.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

  • Assist in preparing materials and documents for board meetings and donor meetings.

  • Conduct research and compile information as needed to support decision-making processes.

  • Support fundraising and donor relations activities, including maintaining donor records and preparing acknowledgment letters.

  • Collaborate with other staff members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the organization.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience working in a nonprofit organization or understanding of nonprofit operations is preferred.
