Job Summary
Analyzes our organization’s existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies. Plays a key role in long-term strategy across the business, helping our programs deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
Telework varies. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Works with project and program teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices. Guides teams in how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met. Leads agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders and leadership. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility. Drives cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices. Assists development of the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) to include training within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
Required knowledge and years of experience
Must have at least five (5) years of experience with DoD Program Executive Office or NAVWAR Headquarters experience. Must have five (5) or more years of experience as agile coach. Must have experience in leading an Agile Transformation. Must have experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe). Must have a track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments. Must have experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity. Must have experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). Must have strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching. Must have experience in coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies. Must have educational background in computer science. Must have experience with JIRA. Must have experience with SharePoint.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma
Certifications
SPC 6.0 is preferred. Certification as an Agile Coach or a Scrum Master is preferred.

Salary
The minimum salary starts at $120,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
