Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in accounting with a supportive and dynamic company. As an Accounting Clerk, you will support our finance department in various accounting and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Recording financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Processing invoices and expense reports.

• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and documents.

• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Providing support for audits and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Performing data entry and administrative duties as needed.

  Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
