Credit Human Federal Credit Union Property Management Assistant - PROPE004580 in San Antonio, Texas

We are seeking an Property Management Assistant for the Property Management Department.

The purpose of the Property Management Assistant is to assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations, tenant, and landlord relations of assigned property or portfolio through the coordination of requests and administration of maintenance services. The Property Management Assistant serves as the primary daily contact for tenant and landlord; maintains Property Management technology platforms, databases, and documents; provides support for the Insurance Committee in preparation of insurance documentation and maintaining the Committees SharePoint Site.

Highlights:

  • Manage Property Management system of processes, procedures, and technology to support tenant, landlord, and customer need
  • Assist the Property Manager in developing new products or services in support of property management needs
  • Provide support to the Property Manager in executing Credit Humans facility strategy based on space requirement forecasts from each division to ensure space management needs are met and in line with the strategic objectives of the organization
  • Maintain internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) as outlined in the SLA to include square foot and rent calculations and management of building services
  • Maintain tenant/landlord relationships in adherence to lease agreements
  • Assist in the executing property documents with new and existing tenants and landlords

Experience:

Required

  • Prior administrative, property, and real estate management experience
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge

Preferred

  • 1-2 years of vendor management

Education:

Required

  • Associate degree or higher in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Licenses and Certifications:

Required

  • A Valid Drivers License and ability to operate a motor vehicle may be required

Skills and Knowledge:

Required

  • Strong PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recognize, organize, analyze, and creatively solve problems
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Possess sound interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • This position requires lifting, carrying, reaching, and pushing of 40 lbs. and the ability to stand/walk for extended hours
  • Must be comfortable with people
  • Practice time management skills and can follow up on assigned tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Be able to maintain poise in stressful or challenging situations
  • High level attention-to-detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Preferred

  • Previous experience with Property Management software (IMPAK)

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
