We are looking for Operations Supervisors to join our Night Shift.

Experience in the Beverage industry is key!

The Operation Supervisor is a key role responsible for providing production leadership on a 2-2-3 night shift rotation in our Can Filling department, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of processing equipment to maintain quality and conformity of filled and packaged products.

2-2-3 schedule -- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Rotational weekends)

Must be able to Work a DAY SHIFT during the first month for Full Training, Support and Transition program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations shifts.

  • Plan production operations , establish priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

  • Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.

  • Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.

  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.

  • Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Directly manage all daily activities and long-term objectives of their department , in conjunction with managers across shifts or departments.

  • Provide proactive, efficient, and reliable supervision for assigned shifts; ensure safety, quality, GMP compliance, work rules, and collaborative efforts across the production line.

  • Monitor overall quality of the product by performing periodic inspections on shift.

  • Initiate resolution of technical, unusual, or complex problems or issues on shift.

Education:

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience in food manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a Microsoft Windows environment, including proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal software programs.
