Position Overview The Impact & Prosperity Epicenter team seeks an energetic, independent, and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Specialist to spread the word about the new, first-of-its kind residential community known as the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter. The Marketing and Communications Specialist will be responsible for leading marketing and communications for the residential community. This position will be responsible to design, coordinate, and execute a wide range of marketing/communications campaigns, including website content development, social media, newsletters, and other awareness-raising campaigns. Candidates must be proficient at performing a variety of writing, design, and project management tasks while using good judgement and strong interpersonal skills to plan and execute marketing/communications strategies.Candidates must demonstrate ability to utilizes traditional and electronic publishing technologies to produce communications that implement project objectives.
