There is 1 position available.  *Principal Duties The Journey Maintenance/ Construction Specialist performs a wide variety of skilled maintenance duties requiring independent ability to organize and complete maintenance projects. Duties include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing issues in the following areas:  *]{#isPasted}

• Roofing
• Grounds work
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Snow removal
• Locks

*Responsibilities *

• Provide technical consultation to originators of project job orders, including development of project plans and related estimates. 
• Build, fabricate, or repair structures, equipment, and/or miscellaneous articles from verbal instructions, blueprints and/or working drawings. 
• Have the ability to use a variety of hand tools, electrical, mechanical, and automotive equipment. 
• Perform emergency preparedness planning. 
• Read and interpret maps, plats, charts, plans, blueprints and/or electrical schematics. 

*Minimum Requirements *

• Ability to perform a wide variety of skilled maintenance/ construction duties 
• Ability to maintain compliance with applicable codes

• Must be willing to be on-call with 24-hour availability
