AMERICAN CYBER SYSTEMS INC HR Operations Specialist in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah

With a strong focus on customer service, the HR Shared Services Specialist will ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout an employee's career at ICU Medical. They will manage and maintain our HRIS and employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date and continuously seek to improve processes for scalability and efficiency. As the frontline point person for employee questions on all HR topics, they will provide answers and triage inquiries to functional HR experts as needed. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee new hire orientation, onboarding, and off-boarding processes to ensure a great experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist employees primarily via email in a timely manner regarding benefits, compensation, employee self-service, HR policy and procedural questions.

• Handle employee transactions in our HRIS system, ensuring all data is accurately entered and maintained.

• Ensure you are following up and providing a timely and accurate response or properly redirecting the inquiry, to help the employee resolve or address their need.

• You may serve as an HR SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a particular HR program.

• Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge to assist employees.

• Liaise with our Payroll department and other COEs to resolve employees' questions.

• Support Onboarding Process including conducting New Employee Orientation.

• Updating/maintaining internal Shared Services team process documentation.

& bull; Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions and/or alternative methods to meet business needs based on system capabilities.

• Work on special projects as they arise.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent relevant work experience

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources Operations including, but not limited to familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (HCM Systems), Time and Attendance Systems, Payroll Systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Previous experience with Oracle Fusion, ADP, Kronos preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• This is largely a sedentary role.

• This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
