Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Accounting Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Accounting, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
Supports functionally specific business processes as well as various programs and projects that require sophisticated reporting analytics
Prepare competitive analysis and benchmarking, product portfolio analysis and optimization, business process redesign and have all involved working across functions
Design packages that summarize weekly, monthly/quarter/year-end performance
Analyze financial trends against forecast and budget and explain key variances
Build financial models and conduct analytics from disparate sources
Provide detailed financial reconciliations and track financial performance for key strategic initiatives
Provide an integrated financial perspective on the impact of business decisions and decisions that maximize value for the business
Minimum Education
Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Accounting, Data Science or Agricultural Economics majors preferred.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Experience Requirements
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Experience Preferred
3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senior who has completed at least 2 college-level finance/accounting courses
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
