Our Team:

The NAA Solution Services Center of Excellence (COE) Enablement team is the standard bearer for excellence across the NAA SE community.

We serve the SE Community. Our overall purpose is to enable NAA SEs to deliver on their potential – and our work will be prioritized by the impact it has on that purpose.

  • We understand what it takes to be a great NAA Solution Engineer because we know and have played the role.

  • We proactively identify and propose ways to better serve the SE community because we know them, and they know us.

  • We validate SE knowledge gaps, coach them, and provide feedback – on an individual or group basis.

  • We identify courses that can help address knowledge and skill gaps or recommend activities and practices that support career development.

  • When a skills or enablement gap for SEs is identified, we are responsible for closing it. Either by creating an initiative, delegating one to another team, managing the effort, or developing content ourselves. Ultimately, we ensure that the learning and development needs of our SE community are met.

  • We are partners and advisors to SE leadership and ICs in identifying ways to enable the community to improve and innovate.

  • We are knowledgeable on learning and development best practices, how people learn, how to create meaningful experiences, how to assess skills, and a variety of content creation needs – so we can advise our partners on how we can better support them.

  • We partner with the broader enablement organization to ensure that SE enablement content not created by us is of the highest quality and pertinent to the SE community we serve.

  • We continue to uplevel our skills to maximize the value we add and set an example of a Growth mindset.

  • We consistently deliver high-level, standardized enablement content across pillars, industries, and roles.

  • We prioritize work that will have the most significant impact across NAA.

  • We deliver events and experiences, facilitate training, and build content for scale and ongoing innovation.
