Primary Responsibilities: Perform complex setups without assistance Train and mentor junior operators Work closely with the scheduling manager to meet production deadlines Select correct alloy from stock and ensure material accuracy Follow setup sheets or, in rare cases, perform setup directly from blueprints Assist in training operators to recognize and correct minor quality defects Troubleshoot minor process issues and make necessary adjustments Share process improvements with engineering and fellow setup operators Perform setups from material selection through first article approval by inspection Qualifications: Strong knowledge of machine code and function Able to read and interpret blueprints Experience in turret punch operation and setup Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments independently Leadership and training capabilities preferred Additional Information: Apply today!
