Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervise a team of case managers to ensure the effective delivery of services. * Facilitate team meetings. * Collaborate with clinical supervisors to provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and supervision in an atmosphere that fosters open communication to ensure case managers are supported in their roles and understand performance expectations. * Coordinate work schedules to ensure coverage of program needs. * Communicate openly, directly, and professionally with all team members. * Ensure that staff complete CEU requirements, Rule 79, county, and MHR requirements. * Collaborates with Human Resources and complies with MHR policies and procedures with staff recruitment, orientation, corrective action plans, retention, and training of case managers. * Review and evaluate the performance of case managers, including performance appraisals in accordance with MHR policies and procedures. * Assist in the development and implementation of programs goals and objectives. * Attend and participate in all programs and Agency staff meetings. Minimum Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in social work/psychology or human services related field. * Two years case management experience of which at least one year is experience in community based mental health with children diagnosed with serious emotional disturbance or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
