Acosta Group Field Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri
DESCRIPTION
The Field Coordinator will work 70% of their time in the field performing service orders in order to have a complete understanding of the work being assigned. They will collaborate with the client team as well as their peers to provide opportunities for continued improvement. 30% of their time will be spent working remotely with their team to ensure quality work is performed and all services are completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all aspects of scheduling and reporting; including but not limited to gathering and understanding the client requests for reporting needs, formulating questions for rep reporting, pulling rep reported data from QTrax or other data gathering methods
•Acts as a liaison between Client Service Team and Field Team ensuring service orders are created and scheduled, coordinates resources for onboarding, special events and other administrative activities
•Gathers needed information from the client and account teams to ensure full understanding of client/company reporting needs
•Ensures communication of instructions, reports and analysis of data gathered for client needs are met through in-store execution and reporting avenues
•Complete field service orders as required.
•Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred with an emphasis in Business or Marketing desired.
Experience Level: 3 years in sales required. Retail, merchandising, sales, marketing and/or service organization experience required. Consumer electronics experience required. Previous account management and wireless experience desirable. Experience in adult education, training/development or academic teaching ideal.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills combined with the unique ability to influence and impact target audiences required. Outstanding presentation skills with one year experience in training delivery preferred.
Tools and Technology: Must be proficient in computer software and internet browsing technologies, e.g., Google Chrome, G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets/Forms, Hangouts/Meet, and Google Drive). Understanding of learning management systems and online training course completion. Access to reliable transportation for travel within assigned territory'
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Job may require moderate physical effort including lifting materials and equipment weighing more than 30 pounds. This position involves viewing a computer monitor for more than 20% of the time.
