Wells Fargo Portfolio Management Manager in SAINT JOSEPH, Michigan
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Portfolio Management Manager (Distribution Finance Relationship Management Manager) to lead our Portfolio team in the Electronics and Appliance industry.
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead a team of account managers in the Electronics & Appliance (E&A) industry
Ensure excellent customer relationships and identify opportunities
Resolve customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes
Develop audit process to identify high risk relationships and processes to review on a periodic basis
Conduct industry and company research
Secure additional credit authority to decision over-lines
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Distribution Finance Relationship Management
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Distribution Finance Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience

Leadership skills including the ability to build, develop, and motivate a diverse work team
Ability to interact and collaborate with both internal and external customers.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Job Expectations:
