Boeing Poland is currently seeking for a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the team located in Rzeszow, Poland.

Profile Description:

· Perform structural analysis of aircraft structures (airframe: wing and fuselage). Structural analysis includes calculation of loads, static and fatigue analyses.

· Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components by way of classical hand calculations.

· Generate documentation (stress check notes) to report analysis results to support certification and qualification processes.

· Support in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Develop repairs for airframe elements.

· Work with regulatory framework (FAA) for warranting safety and regulatory compliance.

· Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment.

· Technical rigor and focus on excellence.

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Applied Mechanics, Structural Engineering or related fields.

· Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals such as material properties, free-body diagrams, load path, structural loads, joints and structural analysis methods.

· Strong knowledge of strength of materials (hand calculation, analytical methods) approach.

· Strong knowledge of aircraft structure design philosophy.

· Solid communicator, intermediate level or higher in both written and verbal English.

· Readiness to work with multi-functional team in a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays support, overtime, shifted work schedule) to meet the business needs.

· Readiness for business trips – up to 25% of working time

· Existing rights to work in Poland

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in static analysis. Knowledge of finite element method approach.
