Your Impact
As part of the Sales Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving forecast accuracy for our top Americas Service Provider customers.
Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop strategic partnerships with key customer accounts to understand their long-term needs and collaboratively build accurate forecasts.
Drive Forecast Accuracy: Capture and analyze customer insights, identify potential disruptions, and contribute to the Sales Demand Line to improve forecast accuracy.
Align with Partners: Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, shipment requirements, and financial plans.
Leading Sales & Operations Planning: Engage in S&OP processes, including co-planning and co-commitment, to predict and orchestrate business and customer outcomes.
Engaging with Sales and customers to acquire 52-week rolling forecasts. Along with working with customers on product transition roadmaps.
Providing Customer Concentrated Demand insights and represent Cisco in QBRs for select customers.
Minimum Qualifications For This Role
7+ years of experience in supply chain experience in S&OP, forecasting, inventory management and/or supply chain modeling.
Expertise in sales and customer relationship engagement with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding of Cisco’s products, markets, and business strategy.
Business Objects, Kinaxis, Excel.
