Meet the Team

Central Operations Team: We streamline pricing and discounting through automation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. By aligning with Operations, Finance, Sales, Compliance, and IT, we enhance policies, processes, and tools to simplify the buying experience for partners, customers, and sales. As part of the Commerce Operations organization, our mission is to deliver seamless commerce operations for Cisco's customers, partners, sellers, and renewal managers across all offerings, driven by a culture of talent and teamwork.

Your Impact

Support and operationalize strategic initiatives for Cisco’s Partner Sales Development teams by collaborating with Partner Incentive Owners on high-revenue incentive offers. Translate sales business strategies into data requirements to ensure accurate partner discounts on Cisco’s commerce platform. Serve as the point of contact for managing and resolving offer setup issues.

  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance productivity and performance.

  • Translate complex business strategies into clear data requirements and actionable insights.

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to implement new offers and operational improvements.

  • Identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to optimize workflows.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Document business processes and deliver training on new tools and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant business analysis experience within the IT industry, including tasks such as data analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvement

  • Experience leading data analysis and audit projects with large data sets, utilizing advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas, data slicing) to identify trends and insights, resulting in actionable business strategies.

  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze data from four or more sources to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and successfully present findings to multi-functional teams, achieving consensus on a strategic path forward.

  • Proven proficiency in process and change management, proven by leading two change initiatives achieving 100% user adoption and over 10% improvement in process efficiency.

  • Work independently as well as in a multi-functional team environment and responsive and timely in delivering on commitments

  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills, and high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
