Shift Details: Full-Time - 40 hours/week
Compensation: $45,000-60,000 – based on experience
Location: 1771 Kent Street, Roseville, MN 55113
About the Role
As our Senior Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in guiding residents through their reentry journey. You'll lead a team of Case Managers and the Resident Compliance Monitor, overseeing everything from referrals and case assignments to Federal disciplinary hearings. You'll also ensure we’re providing the safest and most supportive environment possible.
This is more than just a leadership position—you'll be a mentor, a resource, and an advocate for both your team and the residents we serve.
What You’ll Do
Support New Residents: You’ll coordinate the intake process, ensuring residents are welcomed and assigned rooms that meet their needs for safety and security.
Guide Case Management: You'll oversee the flow of referrals and case assignments, working closely with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and U.S. Probation Office (USPO) to make sure residents receive the support they need.
Ensure Compliance: Conduct routine audits, including resident files, room searches, and monthly logs to ensure everything is in line with BOP and PREA standards.
Be a Leader: Supervise and mentor Case Managers and the Resident Compliance Monitor, ensuring they have the training and resources they need to succeed. You'll also conduct performance reviews and respond to resident concerns or grievances.
Facilitate Disciplinary Processes: Handle Federal disciplinary hearings and incident reports, ensuring fairness and adherence to regulations.
Coordinate PREA Standards: Lead investigations and ensure our facility is fully compliant with PREA guidelines, helping create a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Provide Ongoing Support: In times of need, you'll step in to carry a caseload or assist with daily case management duties.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice
Minimum of five years of experience in corrections
Experience as a Case Manager
Experience in residential programming
Knowledge of automated case management systems
Excellent communication and writing skills

Experience & Education: You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in corrections or residential programming. Previous experience as a Case Manager is important.
Leadership: You have a passion for mentoring and leading a team, with the ability to provide guidance and support to help them succeed.
PREA Knowledge: You’re familiar with PREA standards and committed to maintaining a safe, compliant environment.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with automated case management systems, especially SecurManage, will help you hit the ground running.
Strong Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build trust and rapport with residents, staff, and external partners.
