Description We are in need of an HR Recruiter to join our team based in Roseville, Minnesota. This individual will manage recruitment requisitions, oversee high volume applicant intake, and ensure efficient processes within our team. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume of recruitment requisitions, managing between 200-400 applicants per role

• Utilize Applicant Track System and CRM for efficient and accurate record keeping

• Conduct intake interviews and manage communication with potential candidates

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Careerbuilder in daily operations

• Perform background checks for potential hires

• Oversee e-Recruitment activities and related processes

• Ensure proper benefit functions are communicated to potential candidates

• Maintain high level of organizational capabilities within recruitment processes

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates and manage subsequent communication. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software

• Experience with Careerbuilder platform

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge of Applicant Track Systems

• Ability to conduct thorough background checks

• Understanding of benefit functions

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient in e-Recruitment tools and platforms

• Strong organizational capabilities

• Experience in conducting both formal and intake interviews
