POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, the Account Director is responsible for developing and implementing an account plan that ensures the highest possible customer satisfaction and achievement of PRIDE’s mission, financial, operational, and brand goals. Employees in this job class must possess the following: executive presence, a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, strong results-driven leadership style, agile decision-making, transformational leadership style, and an operational background of working with large-scale, complex, and heavily matrixed organizations. This job class anticipates client needs, delivers to outperform the key performance indicators within the contract, and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. The Account Director creates and manages high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence and keep employees engaged and thriving. In conjunction with the PRIDE Industries’ leadership team, the Account Director understands the company’s mission, values, strategy, and goals and can translate them into business opportunities. This role is the top leadership role on the account.
TYPICAL DUTIES:

*Creating and delivering written business deliverables.
*Create the vision of the account plan, ensuring alignment of objects and driving high-quality results, which helps secure a future with no-bid contract renewals.
*Drive account growth by articulating value proposition and ensuring service expansion.
*Supervises employees and ensures a competent, motivated team through hiring, training, development, counseling, and performance reviews.
*Establish outstanding relationships with key stakeholders by soliciting feedback and excelling at world-class client service delivery.
*Building High-Performance Teams.
*Ensure the highest qualified candidate is hired for all roles on the account.
*Build actionable and measurable career development plans for all direct reports.
*Advance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities with planful and focused talent planning.
*Achieving Financial Results and Contributing to the Firm’s Smart Growth.
*Present an annual account plan that includes key objectives, client satisfaction results, a summary of value-add activities, and outlines targeted expansion plans.
*Proactively manage the account budget and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue on the account.
*Mitigate risk for the company by ensuring A/R is maintained at or below customer agreed payment cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Seven or more years of experience in engineering operations and facilities/process equipment maintenance with mechanical design/testing, international quality standards;
• Five or more years of facilities/equipment maintenance in the GxP environment;
• Three or more years of performance management in the GxP environment;
• Highly effective client relationship management skills that conveys credibility and confidence to senior leadership of customer organizations; while having the influencing and communication skills to powerfully communicate the value and successes our team brings to the relationship;
• Knowledge of local regulations and requirements for site facilities management;
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of facility and property management requirements for utilities, critical systems Environmental, Health and Safety, and quality system requirements (deviation, change control, CAPA, risk management, documentation management, etc.);
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential solutions and contingency responsive in a proactive manner;
• Supervisory skills to hire qualified employees, provide for their professional development, administer performance management and disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately;
• Ability to effectively supervise and develop assigned team to meet strategic goals;
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to make presentations and respond to inquiries by senior management, customers, employees, public, and/or PRIDE Industries’ board of directors;
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, reasoning, problem solving, and analytical skills;
• Human relations skills to build effective relationships with team, customers, and public;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Advanced computer literacy including knowledge of CRM, web-based systems, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software;
• Knowledge of business English including vocabulary, spelling, and correct grammatical usage and punctuation;
• Mathematical skills to include the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations;
• Ability to establish priorities and solve a wide range of business, operational, and strategic management problems;
• Flexibility to respond to changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time.
• Advanced user or Quick Learner of Power BI.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Science or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a normal office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise or in a home office. Occasional travel is required. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
