About the Opportunity:
The Associate B2B Regional Marketing Manager at Life Fitness / Hammer Strength will collaborate with Sales leadership to drive regional growth through integrated marketing campaigns. Acting as the voice of the customer, they will leverage market insights to execute targeted, result-driven marketing activities for key customer segments and territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the U.S. regional marketing plan to support sales models, customer segments, and growth targets.
- Manage U.S. marketing initiatives for verticals such as military, education, and country clubs, ensuring effective execution and tracking of results.
- Present regional marketing strategies and results at U.S. meetings.
- Execute data-driven campaigns using to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Localize global campaigns to enhance lead generation and brand connection within the region.
- Support events and factory tours, working with regional teams to build partnerships and identify new customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, refining strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with global and digital marketing teams to drive demand generation through inbound and outbound tactics.
- Work with internal teams to execute marketing plans and maintain customer insights through site visits.
- Lead regional trade show participation, ensuring consistent messaging and on-site presence.
- Gather insights on customers, competitors, and industry trends through events and site visits.
- Develop marketing tools with the global team, including digital resources, white papers, videos, and case studies.
- Assist with web page updates for target customer segments.
- Manage departmental tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor relations.
- Collaborate with the global digital team to update web pages for specific customer segments.
- Assist with departmental maintenance, such as budget reconciliation and vendor management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in developing, executing, and measuring B2B marketing plans for large customer segments
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing
- Experience with government entities is a plus
- Passion for or connection to the fitness industry and products
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional international travel
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global brands and multi-time zone teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot/MarCloud Account Engagement
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is \$68,600 - \$97,600 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant\'s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
