A day in life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

• Technical Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical incidents swiftly, taking corrective actions for devices and applications, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

• Livestreaming and Audio/Visual Services: Specialize in producing livestreaming events and setting up comprehensive Audio/Visual conferencing services. Expertly handle meeting setups and thoroughly understand clients' presentation requirements.

• After-Hours Support: Commit to being actively engaged and readily available for resolving technical issues that may arise before and after the regular business hours.

• Technical Command Support: Strategically plan and establish a technical command support office for clients’ offsite events, ensuring readiness for any spur-of-the-moment requests.

• Training and Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements. Provide guidance and conduct training support.

The essentials

• Five or more years of experience of desktop/technical support within a corporate setting.

• One or more years of experience producing Livestreaming broadcast events.

• Committed to providing 24/7 support.

The preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.

• One year of experience in leading or participating IT deployment.

• Expert on technology tools configuration and trends in hardware, software, internet and social media.

You should know

• This position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.

• This position requires occasional travel to other company locations within SCE service territory.
