Description

Duties/Responsibilities:1. Sets up and operates complex machines as mentioned above. 2. Keeps elevators loaded.3. Performs various Quality checks using metallurgical tools used in various machinist operations.4. Works from blueprint(s) or detailed drawings.5. Keeps work area, equipment and machines in a clean and orderly fashion.6. Maintains or exceeds above average performance rating.7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: Must be able to meet the essential functions of the job with or withoutReasonable accommodations.1. Effective in both verbal and written communications. 2. Ability to read and understand complex blue print drawings.3. Ability to read and use calipers and micrometers and other instruments to do quality checks.4. Must be able to meet production standards as determined by the company.

Education and Experience:High School Diploma or G.E.D. and machining certification from a college, vocational or technical school or the equivalent of two (2) years as a machine operator.

Preferred Experience:2 years as CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements: (The essential functions of this job include but are not limited to:
