Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Director of Emergency Nursing: organizes, implements, monitors, controls and evaluates the program of nursing practice in accordance with the general nursing practice philosophy and objectives across the service line to include: Strong Adult ED, Strong ED Observation Unit, G-1600, Strong West ED, and UofR Urgent Care. RN with Master’s Degree in Nursing, MBA, or MHA. Five or more year’s leadership/management experience in an academic medical center or tertiary setting. Acute care/ED experience preferred.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nursing and 5 or more years nursing experience in nursing leadership/management in an academic medical center or tertiary setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience. NYS RN license and current CPR BLS certification required.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20.00 - $75.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job’s salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
