Job Description:This person will contribute to the company’s success by performing a wide variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly rework operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. Candidates must be capable of following an engineered assembly process and maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature

  • Performs hand soldering on electronic assemblies

  • Follows an engineered assembly process

  • Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels

  • Train and mentor other assemblers when required

  • Work as a team and collaborate

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

  • IPC-7711 certification

    Preferred Additional Skills:• Previous assembly skills and strong mechanical background• Strong Mechanical Background• Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements through lean manufacturing skills• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment• IPC 7721

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $37,800 - $66,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
