We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh/Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our innovative design studio, you will lead and contribute to a wide range of high-profile landscape architecture projects in the region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the creation of conceptual designs, construction drawings, and specifications for diverse landscape projects
Manage project teams and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct site assessments and analyze environmental conditions to inform design decisions
Create sustainable and culturally appropriate landscape designs that thrive in Dubai's hot climate
Prepare detailed planting plans, irrigation designs, and material specifications
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the landscape architecture practice
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and local regulations to ensure innovative and compliant designs EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from a an accredited University.
A minimum of 8+ years’ experience in landscape architecture design for public realm, roadways, public parks, planning and infrastructure projects, preferably with work experience in the region.
Shall be a self-motivated individual who is able to take responsibility and demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks with strong hand graphic and design skills.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign is required.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Land F/X, Lumion and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognized professional association - CMLI / ASLA / ALIA.
