Job Description:

Lead the transformation of the change management program that supports execution of changes throughout the enterprise. Develops and drives a transformation strategy, approach, and plan to enhance the company's change management program and practices. Defines appropriate risk-based governance, oversight, and structures to effectively manage the impacts of changes and mitigate risk. Obtains input from stakeholders across the lines of defense and engages with them continuously to ensure effective program design and implementation. Partners closely with the current enterprise change management functions to define a transition and adoption plan. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing strategic thinking and focus to define and operationalize the Change Management Transformation risk program, ensuring it is designed for effectiveness across the company while meeting risk management objectives

  • Develops and implements an appropriate Organizational Change Management framework to identify and address the effect of changes on the company’s organizational structure and culture

  • Coordinate across Business Risk Program, Business Risk Officers, and Corporate Risk Management teams to provide seamless and aligned processes, organizational structures, and tools to effectively manage risk associated with business changes

  • Establish appropriate engagement models, working groups, and communication practices to design and execute the transformation

  • Works in partnership with current enterprise change management functions and business risk teams on plans for program transition and adoption, inclusive of supporting tools and technologies

  • Leads problem solving and solution implementation activities

  • Engages and oversees external support for the transformation effort, as appropriate

  • Provides regular status and progress updates to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration and Management, or related

  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, change management, process improvement, compliance, or related field

  • 4+ years of people management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management

In Lieu of Education:

  • 12+ years of experience in risk management, change management, process improvement, compliance, or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $150,500.00 to $228,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
